International / Bilingual Sales Advisor

As a Bilingual Sales Advisor you will:

• Engage our customers with an open, interested, and honest rapport about their project and the solutions we offer - no colds calls, just genuine conversations.
• Ask questions to uncover a customer's needs, offer a recommendation for the best solution, and make purchasing easy.
• Offer any accessories to provide a better out-of-the-box experience for the customer and their project.
• Collect and provide all appropriate information, using our point-of-sale computer applications.

Qualifications:

• Passion for customer service and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability and willingness to learn consumer electronics through on-the-job training
• Highly self-motivated
• Ability to communicate in English and in Spanish clearly and effectively through phone, email, and chat
• Ability to work a consistent schedule
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, restaurant and/or consumer electronic preferred, but not required

Training:

If you don't know everything about electronics, no worries. Every new team of Advisors gets three months of paid, hands-on training with an experienced instructor before working with customers on their own. Our next training class is scheduled to begin on July, 28th 2025.

Salary and Benefits:

Base pay starts at $25.19/hour. You will also participate in our incentive program earning a bonus of up to $3600/year. This full-time position comes with a comprehensive benefit package including two health insurance plans to choose from along with dental and vision insurance plan options. Onsite and Remote Work:

Our new Advisors will be trained onsite in Charlottesville, VA, but after training you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule which allows 2 days working remotely within the Commonwealth of Virginia and 3 days working onsite per week.
