Job Objective: The Divisional Finance Director is responsible for oversight of the accounting, financial and payroll functions for the KWM Division. Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Business administration and finance courses desirable. Experience: Five years in the accounting field, including computer utilization and two years in payroll. Working knowledge of Word and Excel. Minimum of two years of supervisory experience. Skills/Abilities:
Supervisory Responsibility: Direct supervision of Assistant Finance Director, Assistant Finance Director-Compliance, Divisional Auditor Physical Requirements: Include good speaking, hearing and vision ability and excellent manual dexterity. Ability to stand, bend and reach for extended periods of time, dexterity of hands and fingers to operate office equipment. This position may require the ability to lift and/or move more than 15 pounds occasionally. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals to perform the essential functions of this job. Driving: Must possess a valid driver's license from the state in which you reside. Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office environment. Full-time position; may require some weekend and evening work.
