As UX Marketing & Engagement Managers we help people trust, understand and love how Salesforce designs experiences that drive real business value. Our work reaches a diverse ecosystem from industry leaders and buyers to the developers, admins and designers who build Salesforce solutions that employees and customers use and adopt.

Our team drives product marketing for Salesforce Lightning Design System 2, shapes the narrative around emerging agentic experiences, supports leadership communications, and executes multi-channel marketing campaigns. Our collective efforts increase product adoption, drive awareness, and create rich conversations that educate and inspire our community.

What You'll Do

We're seeking a Lead UX Marketing & Enablement Manager to serve as the go-to-market expert for agentic (UX) experiences and emerging technologies. You'll translate complex innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences while serving as the trusted resource for stakeholders across UX, research, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone energized by the intersection of cutting-edge technology, user experience and marketing.

  • Shape marketing & communications plan for breakthrough UX innovations in the rapidly evolving agentic AI space

  • Create and execute campaigns that clearly communicate the value of UX innovations to key audiences

  • Develop messaging frameworks that connect product capabilities to real-world use cases and customer outcomes

  • Understand competitive landscape and market trends to inform positioning and messaging

  • Build repeatable demos that showcase value in clear, compelling ways grounded in real use cases

  • Create content that amplifies awareness through multiple channels and formats

  • Manage event initiatives including recruiting speakers and producing content for conferences, webinars, and industry events

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX, research and marketing teams to ensure cohesive delivery

  • Measure impact on a regular basis to understand progress and pivot as needed

  • Communicate results that share outcome across the organization, building trust along the way

What You Bring
  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in solution engineering or go-to-market roles, ideally with SaaS and B2B technology platforms

  • Technical platform expertise with Salesforce products or similar enterprise technology solutions

  • Content creation skills across formats including use cases, enablement materials, pitch decks, demo videos, and event content

  • Data-driven approach with proven ability to leverage analytics for decision-making and achieve measurable marketing goals

  • Project management excellence balancing multiple initiatives with tight deadlines in fast-moving environments

  • Relationship builder who creates strong connections across cross-functional teams and aligns global stakeholders

  • Execution mindset combining strategic thinking with willingness to drive tactical implementation

  • Communication excellence in writing, presenting, and engaging audiences of all sizes

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to lead new projects without hesitation

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $157,600 to $216,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $172,000 to $236,500.
