POSITION SUMMARY

As a valued member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations along the production line, where you will be tasked with a variety of important job duties that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. Your primary responsibilities will include operating production line machinery with care and precision, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in the workflow. It is essential that you perform these tasks with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the production process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage operation of production line machinery, tools, and computer systems.
  • Facilitate seamless equipment change-overs.
  • Operate mobile equipment to support roll time and meet production demands.
  • Keep your workspace tidy by cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
  • Ensure safety by turning off and locking out equipment when it's not in use.
  • Adhere to detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
  • Communicate any issues regarding quality, processes, equipment, and materials to the Production Supervisor.
  • Execute all tasks in line with quality standards and established safety protocols.

  • Possess the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints, which are essential for executing tasks accurately and effectively.
  • Diverse skill set allowing you to perform multiple tasks concurrently, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to work assignments.
  • Strong ability to diligently follow established processes and instructions, ensuring that all tasks are completed consistently and to the highest standards.
