Job Summary The Formulations Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting polymer testing and providing accurate and concise data in support of product development. The candidate will develop and help implement new compounds from conceptualization to production. This includes but is not limited to weighing and blending raw materials, setting up equipment for processing, compounding raw materials into a usable form, reactive extrusion, wire prototyping, and testing of finished product. Some local travel will be required (Carrollton area). Key Responsibilities * Operate equipment and perform standardized testing in the laboratory under the direction of the Manager, Formulations and Rubber Development Engineers. Education, Experience, and Skills * Education: High school diploma required; must be currently enrolled in an accredited university. Preferred majors include Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science. Benefits We Offer:
