The General Clerk III supports TSA's conference center by answering customer requests, escorting employees or visitors, managing conference room setups and breakdowns, monitoring electronic requests, and ensuring the conference center remains stocked and presentable. This position also serves as the on-site lead in the Project Manager's absence, overseeing daily operations, providing guidance to team members, and offering basic IT assistance for conference equipment.



  • Adequate communication skills, including the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, compose basic correspondence, and recognize and sequence numbers and letters.
  • Ability to project a positive and professional image to the public and co-workers.
  • Familiarity with computers, basic keyboarding abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Ability to utilize computer skills to manage and coordinate conference room reservations.
  • Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and provide basic IT assistance for conference room equipment (printers, copiers, lighting, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to participate in setup and breakdown of events, including moving tables, chairs, flags, whiteboards, and easels.
  • Ability to manage and guide a small team, providing direction and support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security badge
