- As part of our team, you will support key operational functions and contribute to the firm's strategic goals through data-driven insights, process improvements, and risk mitigation efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to Enterprise Risk Management Framework reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Engage with working groups and committees, representing Operations and driving forward key initiatives.
- Contribute to weekly summaries, highlighting key operational updates and risk items.
- Develop and maintain metric reporting dashboards to support business transparency and performance tracking.
- Manage monthly budget allocations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Be entrepreneurial - you will be encouraged to share your thoughts on how to develop and improve processes.
- Leverage your risk & control mind-set to regularly review operational processes to mitigate risk and identify opportunities to further strengthen the control environment.
- Utilize strong project management skills to oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
- Apply organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to deadlines.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, or risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a collaborative setting.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and organizational skills.
