Job Summary This position is a highly visible and critical role in shaping how our organization navigates and implements change. This role partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption of high-impact, enterprise-wide transformational initiatives.

This individual will own and drive the change strategy and plan, partner with senior leadership, align leaders and project stakeholders to accelerate successful outcomes, build change competencies across the organization, and transform our operating model to help drive value, growth and improve the affordability of our products and services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in change management and organizational development
  • Experience leading cross-divisional, large-scale change management and organizational development initiatives
  • Experience in program design, needs assessment, performance measurement and evaluation
  • Project management skills and experience team, and consulting skills and experience working collaborative in a diverse work group
  • Consultative skills and negotiation skills
  • Verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
  • Analytical skills including methodologies and development of tools
  • Leadership/management experience

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters degree
  • Health insurance, healthcare industry or consulting experience
  • Transformation and post-integration experience
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience partnering cross functionally and driving change
  • Excellent relationship building and collaboration skills
  • Project management tools such as MS Project and / or Visio

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
