We're hiring multiple Technicians to join our team in building out the cable infrastructure for a major data center project in Richmond, VA. What You'll Be Doing: As a Data Center Technician, you'll work alongside experienced techs and team leads to help build the backbone of a modern data center. Your responsibilities will include: * Pulling and terminating Cat5, Cat6, Coaxial, and Fiber Optic cables * Installing cable trays, pathways, and server racks * Learning and applying color codes, punch-downs, and terminations * Assisting with electronic security systems and low-voltage device installations * Performing grounding, fire-stopping, and following blueprints * Completing documentation and adhering to safety standards What We're Looking For: * Entry-level or mid-level experience in cabling or hands-on technical work * Comfortable using basic hand and power tools * Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player * Willingness to work flexible hours and in active construction environments * Comfortable with heights and wearing PPE (steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves, etc.) Why Join Us?! * Get your foot in the door of the telecommunications and data center industry * Work on a high-profile project with long-term potential * Learn valuable skills that can launch a lifelong career * Be part of a supportive, safety-first team environment Work Environment: You'll be working in a large, active data center construction site in Richmond, VA. Expect a dynamic, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
