Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $20/hour Shift: 2nd Hours: 2pm-10pm We are looking for motivated candidates to join a great team in Madison, WI. Press Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - TIG welding and finishing of stainless steel and other materials - Operate a variety of machines including CNC's, various presses, and thermoforming equipment - Load and unload materials into machines - Select proper software programs to run machines - Complete set up tasks to prepare for upcoming shift - Visually inspect and measure parts for accuracy and defects - Preventative maintenance tasks - Train employees on procedures and techniques Press Operator Requirements: - Must be comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout a shift - Must have prior machine operating experience and longevity in manufacturing work history - Must be able to work independently and in a team environment QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
