Your role with us As a Referral Specialist, you play a vital role in helping patients receive timely and appropriate care by coordinating referrals, securing insurance authorizations, and ensuring clear communication between providers, patients, and specialists. Your work helps remove administrative barriers, reduce delays in treatment, and support accurate documentation for both clinical and financial continuity. By using your knowledge of insurance requirements and departmental services, you ensure the referral process is efficient, thorough, and patient-focused. What you'll do
Required qualifications Minimum of one year of experience in an admitting office, clinic, physician or insurance office performing patient registration and insurance verification. Additional information
