Your role with us

As a provider recruitment coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment team and ensuring a seamless, successful hiring experience for new Salem Health providers. Your role will be pivotal in verifying each candidate's experience, ensuring compliance, upholding our standards of exceptional service, and promoting our organizational values. Your contributions directly empower providers to serve our patients effectively and positively impact lives in our community.

What you'll do

  • Serve as a resourceful partner to provider recruitment team, addressing inquiries and completing requests.
  • Facilitate relocation programs and assist with travel arrangements for staff and candidates.
  • Run ad hoc reports and track relevant data.
  • Facilitate payment processes for hiring incentives and coordinate with external partners on immigration and sponsorship matters.
  • Ensure successful completion of pre-hire health assessments, drug screens, and background checks.
  • Validate and retain regulatory documentation, including license and education verification.
  • Conduct audits, analyze trends, and develop solutions for process improvements.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.

Required experience

  • Minimum of three years in recruitment support or administrative roles, with experience in data coordination and project monitoring.

Additional information

  • Proven ability to serve as a subject matter expert and provide consultation to others.
  • Proficient in using databases, tracking, and entering data.
  • Knowledge of recruiting systems and hiring processes.
  • Experience in quality control, regulatory compliance, and problem solving.
  • Previous HR experience and knowledge of employment law.
