*Overview: *
This role leads a team of customer experience specialists focused on delivering top-tier customer service across the U.S. The supervisor ensures the team meets and exceeds customer expectations while improving how efficiently and effectively they operate. The position involves close collaboration with the Sales team and supports some of the company's most important customers. *Key Responsibilities: * * Supervise the customer experience account management team, including attendance, performance reviews, and training. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to support retention and growth. * Identify opportunities to improve processes, test new ideas, and implement changes. * Provide individual and group training to team members. * Review daily orders and quotes for accuracy. * Assist team members with challenging customer interactions or complex orders. * Oversee the order entry process to ensure smooth operations. * Keep the office area professional and organized. * Actively contribute to company initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and cost savings. * Take on additional tasks as needed. *Required Skills & Experience: * * 2-5 years of experience supervising a customer service team. * Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems. * Strong phone communication, attention to detail, leadership, and memory/comprehension skills. *Preferred Qualifications: * * Bachelor's degree * Experience working closely with Sales teams. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $38.00/hr.
