*Description* Position Overview: As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Disney Cruise Lines, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and integration of our Seaware commercial platform. You will be responsible for creating and managing product roadmaps, defining API specifications, and ensuring seamless integration with various digital channels and vendor systems. Your architectural expertise and ability to lead cross-functional teams will be critical to the success of our projects. Key Responsibilities: 1.Product Roadmap Development: *Develop and manage comprehensive product roadmaps from inception to completion. *Identify product objectives, prioritize backlogs, and perform feasibility analysis. *Ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. 2.Agile Methodology & PM Tools: *Utilize Agile software development methodologies to manage tasks, sprints, and project timelines. *Proficiently use Jira for task management and Smartsheet for project tracking and reporting. 3.Stakeholder Management: *Lead cross-functional teams, managing complexity and fostering collaboration. *Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. *Ensure alignment with business objectives and facilitate effective communication. 4.Architectural Experience: *Design and oversee the technical structure of the product, ensuring scalability and integration. *Understand system architecture and communicate effectively with development teams. *Integrate various digital channels (apps, web, direct trade booking) and vendor systems. 5.API Specification and Management: *Define and manage API specifications to enable seamless communication between Seaware and digital channels. *Ensure smooth data exchange and functionality across systems. *Facilitate the definition of API specifications between digital channels and vendor systems. 6.Cross-Functional Collaboration: *Collaborate effectively with development, design, marketing, and external vendor teams. *Drive the successful delivery of projects through strong teamwork and communication. *Implement, migrate, and maintain Seaware functionalities, including reservations, guest management, and revenue optimization. Qualifications: *Proven experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager or similar role. *Strong background in software architecture and system design. *Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet). *Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. *Experience with API specification and management. *Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. *Familiarity with Versonix Seaware or similar reservation and revenue management platforms is a plus.
