*Description*
We are looking for Tier I-2 Customer Service and Support Representatives that will be providing support to Educational Administrators and Teachers all around the world. The agents will be answering inbound calls, chats, and email correspondences at home remotely for an educational software company that specializes in programs for grades K-6. Tier I customer service representatives will handle basic customer service questions and light troubleshooting. Nature of calls can be resetting log ins, answering questions, processing the sale of an additional product and other general questions. *Skills* Customer service, Call center, Customer service call center, salesforce, Windows, technical support, help desk *Top Skills Details* Customer service,Call center,Customer service call center *Additional Skills & Qualifications* For Tier 1- Pay $16 2+ years experience in Call center customer service typing score 35 WPM+ Tech savvy and comfortable navigating multiple screens and programs chat experience is a plus For Tier 2 Pay $17.80 2+ years of call center experience candidates that are experienced with taking multiple chats at once 1+ years experience in help desk or troubleshooting role - Technical Support/Tech Savvy - Must be able to navigate 4+ computer programs at once and comfortable toggling to different screens need to be able to clear cache and cookies, understand how to ask open ended questions to get to root of problem and troubleshoot accordingly Salesforce experience is strongly preferred but not required 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center setting Experience working multiple chats in call center is a plus Tech Savvy - Must be able to navigate 4+ computer programs at once and comfortable toggling to different screens Must pass typing assessment and type 35 WPM with 85%+accuracy (IBM KENEXA ASSESSMENT IS ONE MINUTE ON-SCREEN TYPING TEST) Candidates must have high speed internet connection without mobile hotspot or shared streaming.
