Primary Responsibilities

* Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed branch targets. Identify market opportunities, analyze trends, and drive innovative sales initiatives. Engage in business development activities and solicitation of new business products.

* Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, providing coaching and guidance to help team members achieve their full potential. Actively instills and maintains a positive sales environment through education of the Bank's products and services; motivates and monitors team in cross selling and product presentation.

* Customer Focus: Ensure the delivery of superior customer service by understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This includes applying superior decision-making techniques pertaining to inquiries, approvals and requests as they apply to existing policies and procedures ultimately striving for customer satisfaction and retention.

* Operational Excellence: Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies. Monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and optimize resources.

* Proven experience in a leadership role with a strong focus on sales and customer excellence.

* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
  • Substitution: Six (6) years of lending in consumer and/or consumer real estate may be considered in lieu of the degree.
  • Five (5) years of experience in the financial services industry with at least two (2) of those years performing lending duties.
  • Five (5) years of experience in management
  • Five (5) years of experience in sales and business development.

  • Monday - Friday work week; occasional Saturdays may be required.
  • Competitive pay ranging from $60,257.60 - $83,428.80 annually.
  • The salary range provided is based on the primary location and may vary depending on the job's specific location. This range reflects the anticipated base pay for the position. The final salary offered will take into account internal equity and may differ based on various factors, including work location, the candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Eligible for annual incentive based upon company performance and goals.
