Demonstrates the ability to follow approved recipes and production guidelines. Plans preparation schedule to ensure that foods will be ready at required serving times. Comfortably interacts with cafeteria patrons on a daily basis. Demonstrates knowledge and ability to operate automated food preparation equipment and has a comprehensive understanding of food preparation processes.
