Roles/Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for the domain to address any complaints / queries regarding the service levels and quality of delivery
  • Support & Resolve complex issues; address ad-hoc requests
  • Responsible for rollout of operational changes; Functional enhancements
  • Review operational performance for the domain, Service Level attainment, operational issues, and technology/process improvements
  • Publish weekly and monthly status reports
  • Co-ordinate with offshore support team to provide the guidance and clarifications for fixes/ enhancements
  • Define new product features in conjunction with product manager and provide specifications
  • Ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation and maintenance as appropriate
Required Qualifications
  • End-End functional knowledge of Life Sciences Commercial and DevOps systems and processes
  • 3+ years' relevant professional experience with Bachelors/Masters' Degree
  • Technical knowledge in AWS, Tableau, Databricks with development or support experience in the LS commercial domain.
  • Has strong hands-on experience in working with pharma third party data and has good communication, presentation skills.
  • Full understanding of the processes of data quality, data cleansing and data transformation.
  • Ability to write complicated, efficient SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Comfortable in processing and analyzing complex high volume, high dimensionality data from different source datasets.
  • Knowledge of formal database architecture and design
  • Excellent SQL experience preferably AWS Athena
  • Ability to challenge status-quo through identification of key business requirements and addressing through innovative data visualization solutions.
  • Ability to effectively interact with external stakeholder and articulate the problems and provide the resolution to the issues.
  • Manage the end-to-end process set-up by applying best practices. Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; creating use cases
  • Develop customized analytical reports to cater to the requests of external and internal customers
  • Ability to collaborate with onsite and customer teams to understand business requirements and translate that in actionable plan.
  • Drive/Attend meetings and daily stand-up sessions to keep abreast of project objectives, deliveries and processes
  • Improve systems by studying current practices; initiating transformations
  • Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Knowledge of AWS Glue, Redshift, DevOps, Databricks, JIRA, Confluence
