Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant who will be catering to North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in S/4 HANA to join our team as a Functional Architect. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing financial systems and processes, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivables, Profitability Analysis, and Cost Center Accounting. Your contributions will drive operational efficiency, support strategic decision-making, and enhance the company's societal impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Analyze and design solutions for S/4 HANA Accounts Receivables to improve financial operations and reporting accuracy.
  • Implement S/4 HANA Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) to deliver actionable insights into business performance.
  • Develop and optimize strategies for S/4 HANA Cost Center Accounting to enhance cost control and resource allocation.
  • Configure SAP Controlling (CO) modules to ensure robust financial governance and compliance.
  • Integrate Profit Center Accounting to align financial reporting with organizational structure.
  • Design and implement Product Costing solutions to streamline cost analysis and improve margin visibility.
  • Automate S/4 HANA Automatic Payments to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Leverage New General Ledger (New GL) functionalities to enhance financial data management and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of S/4 HANA solutions across business units.
  • Provide domain expertise in Warranty Management within the automotive industry to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the implementation of Social Media Command Center solutions to boost customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Customer Loyalty Management to drive retention and growth.
  • Ensure all implementations align with industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.

What you need to have to be considered

  • Proven experience with S/4 HANA in Accounts Receivables, Profitability Analysis, and Cost Center Accounting.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) and Profit Center Accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Product Costing and Automatic Payments in S/4 HANA.
  • Hands-on experience with New GL functionalities for enhanced financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with Warranty Management in the automotive sector is a plus.
  • Understanding of Social Media Command Center and Customer Loyalty Management is desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
