Staffmark is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support C-level leadership in Riverside, CA.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Monitor and respond to executive emails with discretion and accuracy
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and front-facing representative for the executive office
  • Assist with timesheet tracking and issue resolution
  • Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth office operations



Qualifications:



  • 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives (CEO-level preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency
  • Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
  • High level of discretion with confidential information
