Additional information can be found at www.ttm.com The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the administration and implementation of all Human Resources programs, policies, and activities for the TTM North Jackson facility located in North Jackson, Ohio. These responsibilities include: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, hiring/terminations, maintaining electronic and hardcopy employee files or records, coordinating events, and ensuring HR policies are adhered to. This role is accountable for achieving corporate HR objectives and goals at the site-level and communicating workplace performance and activities to the site HR Manager. As an internal management partner, the HR Generalist provides guidance to the leadership team regarding employee and HR matters. This person is also the key HR representative to employees, answering questions and communicating to the employee population on payroll, benefits, and policies. The HR Generalist must be able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times with an ability to change priorities quickly and flawlessly. Duties and Responsibilities: * HR point person to address questions, inquiries, and provide HR services to employees and managers. * Ensure company policies, procedures, and practices are communicated and consistently applied. * Partner with managers to understand staffing needs, apply best recruiting practices, and quickly fill vacancies. * Full cycle recruiting: process job requisitions through the applicant tracking system, post and advertise jobs using traditional and non-traditional resources, review and update job descriptions, screen online applications, schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate interviews with the hiring manager, provide hiring guidance to mangers, and onboard new employees. * Analyze and respond to staffing turnover, trends, Affirmative Action Plan goals, and liaison with area employment agencies. * Manage internal applications, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer dates, and offer letters. * Coordinate new hire onboarding, paperwork, and present new hire orientation. * Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in a timely manner. * Prepare all exit paperwork and required notifications associated with employee terminations, conduct benefit exit interviews. * Plan and lead site events, communications, employee meetings, and community related initiatives. * Support and promote health & wellness initiatives and events. Assist with benefits open enrollment. * Oversee and maintain the accuracy of employee information in the HRIS. * Administer the Leave of Absence program, including FMLA and disability related requests. * Partner with employees and/or management in settling disputes including employee relations, investigations, and performance improvement plans. * Work to develop internal and external relationships through collaboration, respect, professionalism, trust, and integrity. * Perform all other related duties as assigned. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements: * Knowledge of HR, State/Federal regulations, and employment laws. PHR or SPHR required. * Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism at all times, calm, flexible, resilient, and solution oriented. * Cross-cultural sensitivity, knowledge of and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. * Excellent oral and written English communication skills. * Proficient computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Payroll systems, and HRIS. * Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively both in groups as well as independently. * Demonstrated sensitivity and discretion when handling confidential information. * Regular attendance is an essential job function of this position. Education and Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree in HR preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications strongly preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3-years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. #LI-KD1

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
