About our group:

We're looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Data Analystto join ourSupply Chain Performance Management team. This high-visibility role involves close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. You'll leverage advanced analytics, AI tools, and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights across procurement, inventory optimization, MRP data, and travel cost analytics. The ideal candidate combines strong data analytics expertise with hands-on supply chain experience and a passion for turning complex data into strategic business intelligence.

About the role - you will:

  • Analyze large datasets related to procurement, travel expenses, MRP, and inventory to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to support supply chain decision-making across the supply chain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Procurement, Finance, Sales and Operations - to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data from SAP, Alteryx, KNIME and other enterprise systems.
  • Present findings and visualizations to audiences ranging from tactical teams to executive leadership.
  • Support data governance efforts and ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics initiatives.

About you:

  • Proficiency inTableaufor dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Hands-on experience withSAPandAlteryx/KNIMEfor data extraction and transformation.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, MRP, and inventory management.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and 5+ years of experience preferably within a supply chain or operations environment, or Master's degree in same careers and 3+ years of experience, or PHD and 0+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience.

Your experience includes:

  • Strong skills in SQL and at least one programming language (e.g. Python or R).
  • Experience with machine learning tools or statistical modeling in a business context.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data warehousing tools.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,380.80- $140,788.00. The individual salary is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
