We are seeking a Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Commerce Python React JS C R Scripting Java and SQL. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems within the Retail domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects.

• Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions using Python React JS and Java to meet business needs.
• Oversee the integration of Commerce
• Functional systems to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of R Scripting for data analysis and reporting.
• Implement SQL databases to store retrieve and manage data effectively ensuring data integrity and security.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of software applications to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in software development and project management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
• Facilitate code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
• Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in the software development industry.
• Support the implementation of Warehouse Management Systems in the Retail domain to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

• Possess strong expertise in Commerce
• Functional Python React JS R Scripting Java and SQL.
• Demonstrate experience in Warehouse Management Systems within the Retail domain is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in designing scalable software solutions and integrating complex systems.
• Have a proven track record of mentoring and guiding technical teams to achieve project goals.
• Display strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and team members.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000.00 to $102,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
