SUMMARY
The role of the Grady Primary Care Physician is to ensure high quality, safe, timely, patient centered, team based patient care in accordance with the mission and vision of Grady Health System.

The Flat Shoals Outpatient Health Center is currently recruiting a full-time Physician. Located in Decatur, Georgia. The Flat Shoals Health Center is a part of the Community Medicine neighborhood clinics of Grady Health System. The Physician will provide direct outpatient medical services and continuity of care for a panel of patients in assigned neighborhood health centers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO) is required.
• Completion of primary care residency program
• At least 2 years' experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred
• Must be licensed by the state of Georgia without restriction to practice medicine.
• Board eligible or certified in a Primary Care Specialty of internal medicine, family medicine or preventive medicine.
• Must become board certified within one year of employment.
