You Are:
A Technology Leader for Infrastructure Services responsible for delivering and growing comprehensive infrastructure services business to large clients.

Your focus will be on ensuring successful project delivery to meet our clients needs and drive business growth for Accenture through a delivery-led growth approach.

You will create tailored solutions and develop strategic relationships in the client organization.

You will lead execution of infrastructure projects, configure infrastructure systems, solutions and services to meet client business objectives.

The Work:

  • Project Delivery: Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Manage project teams, including internal staff and external contractors, to achieve project goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress of client programs and measure the success of the portfolio. Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the infrastructure services domain with a delivery-led growth approach. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

  • Collaborate with Accenture sales and solutioning teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the value of our services.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Additionally, candidate will have to be based in the Seattle area as they will need to meet in person with client regularly.

Here's What You Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, understanding, and support of the CMT industry and clients specific experience of having worked with Microsoft is key to the success of this role.

  • Minimum of 15 years experience with successfully selling and delivering IT /infrastructure services to large clients in a comparable global organization

  • Microsoft certified, plus additional experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Azure Networking, Microsoft Azure IaaS, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft M365 etc.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in research computing infrastructure

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
