Responsibilities

Are you ready to take the reins and lead a dynamic team dedicated to making a difference in the world of outpatient services? We're on the lookout for a passionate and innovative Director of Outpatient Services to join our mission-driven crew! If you have a knack for human and social service program administration, a flair for communication, and a heart dedicated to mental health, we want YOU!

What You'll Be Rockin':

As our Outpatient Services Superhero, you'll be the mastermind behind all things outpatient at our location. You'll need to be a wizard in program administration and record-keeping, with a sprinkle of knowledge about State Licensing regulations. Your superpowers include exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to preventing and treating mental health and substance use disorders.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Plan, Organize, and Conquer: You'll be the captain of our ship, steering the administrative and program operations to success!
  • Train and Empower: Develop and roll out an epic orientation and training plan for our staff, turning them into the best team in the galaxy!
  • Community Connector: Be the face of our organization, forging powerful partnerships with businesses and organizations in the treatment community.
  • Policy Pro: Create and maintain policies that foster a motivating and empowering culture for all our amazing employees.
  • Licensing Guru: Keep us compliant by managing licensing requirements, performing audits, and preparing our team for on-site visits.
  • Visionary Leader: Help us grow by investigating new revenue streams and expanding our treatment divisions.
  • Outreach Extraordinaire: Participate in marketing activities to spread the word about our programs and increase our referral base.
  • Building Buddy: Oversee the maintenance of our building and coordinate with contractors to keep our space in tip-top shape.
  • Group Therapy Facilitator: Step in to lead group therapy sessions when needed-your expertise will shine!
  • Workshop Wizard: Develop and manage exciting workshops and training seminars that inspire and educate.
  • Talent Scout: Recruit and hire independent contractors and employees who share our passion for mental health.

Administrative Adventures Await:

  • Stay on top of laws and regulations to keep us compliant and thriving.
  • Oversee evaluations of independent contractors to ensure top-notch services.
  • Collaborate with the admissions department to manage our census and keep our community vibrant.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong commitment to mental health and substance use disorder prevention and treatment.
  • A wealth of knowledge in human/social service program administration.
  • A knack for training, supervising, and inspiring professional staff.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field required from an accredited or state approved graduate school. Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work is required in the state in which you are applying (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist).
  • Experience in an organization, other human service for profit organization or healthcare/hospital setting with a proven ability to bring passion, vision, direction and inspiration to others.
  • Minimum of two years' experience providing service in an outpatient setting.
  • Demonstrates an effective management approach in staff development, operations and programs within a senior management group consisting of highly competent staff.
  • Demonstrates an achievement record of building success upon the base of already successful programs and operations. Prior experience in an organization where private funding is received is highly desirable.
  • Exemplary experience in the planning, delivery and administration of social service, addiction and/or family programs and will use this background to enhance the clinical and programmatic services of the organization.

Salary Range for this position $105,000 - $120,000 based on education and experience
