Job Description: This role is a key part of the Sales and Account Management team, providing vital administrative, clerical, and sales support to Account Managers. Responsibilities include management of Purchase Order & Sales Orders, Misc Billings Non Recurring & and assisting with client communications to ensure the smooth operation of daily sales office activities. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and supporting high service standards. This role involved managing information requests, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely, professional responses. Strong interpersonal skills, organization and attention to detail are essential, as the individual represents the team in a responsive and professional manner. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced and complex environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive mindset, the ability to prioritize tasks, with previous experience in a sales support or administrative role are highly desirable for success in this position. Previous aerospace industry experience desired, but not mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities:
