This role is a key part of the Sales and Account Management team, providing vital administrative, clerical, and sales support to Account Managers. Responsibilities include management of Purchase Order & Sales Orders, Misc Billings Non Recurring & and assisting with client communications to ensure the smooth operation of daily sales office activities. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and supporting high service standards. This role involved managing information requests, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely, professional responses. Strong interpersonal skills, organization and attention to detail are essential, as the individual represents the team in a responsive and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced and complex environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. A proactive mindset, the ability to prioritize tasks, with previous experience in a sales support or administrative role are highly desirable for success in this position. Previous aerospace industry experience desired, but not mandatory.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Administer, track & manage Customer RFQ's, PCC quotes, Customer P.O.'s and PCC sales orders and perform necessary follow-up activities in support of Account Managers and Division Sales Office
  2. Coordinates with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, etc., on the gathering and organizing required information and/or implementation of specific tasks to ensure a timely and accurate response to customer requests.
  3. Produce reports for the Sales and Account Management staff and help to prepare presentations using various software products for graphs, charts, etc.
  4. Manage major customer deadlines, due dates and provide logistics for customer on-site meetings.
  5. Additional tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  1. Associate or Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent business training and/or experience.
  2. Basic understanding of business systems, processes, products and customers. Must be computer literate, specifically MS office suite.
  3. Must possess an acumen for attention to detail, have excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
