Pay & Schedule

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Conversion Pay: $23.00/hour after 520 hours

Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday night 11:00 PM - Friday morning 7:00 AM

Training: Conducted on 1st shift (6:45 AM - 3:00 PM) until proficient

Overtime: Often available Friday night into Saturday; occasional 12-hour shifts may be required

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities



  • Operate a reverse roll coating machine to apply solvent-based adhesive to moving web material
  • Monitor real-time coating accuracy on-screen and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform product changeovers and cleanups quickly and efficiently
  • Weigh, mix, and handle chemical components using industrial mixers
  • Use hoists, forklifts, and barrel trucks to move large rolls and adhesive drums
  • Assist Lead Laminating Operator with setup, changeovers, and performance optimization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in a non-air-conditioned environment
  • Monitor both ends of the laminating line during breaks or absences
  • Follow safety procedures for handling flammable solvents like M.E.K. and Toluene
  • Adhere to hazardous waste protocols for labeling and handling (training provided)
