Summary:

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for completion/filing of medical records. Medical Records Clerk is responsible for retrieving, maintaining, updating and filing of medical records both in paper and electronic format. Is responsible for processing written requests and transferring medical record information. Also assists with other clerical responsibilities as needed.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma.

  • Filing experience.

Other Important Job Functions:

  • Travel might be required as needed.
