Overview of this Position:

The Low Code Administrator will manage, support, and optimize GRAM's Microsoft 365 collaboration environment. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, software development principles, and the full software development life cycle (SDLC). A key focus will be on providing excellent customer service while maintaining and enhancing our SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and the software development life cycle

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a regulated field dealing with FDA and DEA regulations preferred.
  • Experience with setup, implementation, management, and support of Smartsheet

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage and maintain Microsoft SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and governance.
  • Administer and support solutions built using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of services.
  • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and build custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, dashboards, and custom connectors.
  • Implement solutions in accordance with development best practices and security standards.
  • Assist in establishing governance and compliance policies for SharePoint Online and Power Platform usage.
  • Participate in solution architecture, documentation, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.
  • Maintain version control and documentation for changes to ensure continuity and alignment with SDLC.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding SharePoint and Power Platform capabilities.
  • Administrate and support GRAM's Smartsheet environment.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution in a customer-friendly manner.
