Aftermarket Product Line Manager

The Bproauto product line manager is responsible for the total value chain and implementation of BPro products. The candidate needs to ensure the efficient management of: new product strategy, launch and development activities, vendor and key account relations, product business case financials, presentation of supply chain opportunities, coordination of promotions, product launch timing coordination, product bulletin review and updates. This role will have daily interface with multiple groups (internal and external) and disciplines with an aim of not only launching and maintaining products, but also working on strategies to encourage Stellantis dealerships, independent repair facilities, and other external distributors and resellers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of aftermarket automotive parts experience
• Excellent team building and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams in both leadership and member roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA
• Experience in sales, field and dealer operations, project management and product development
