100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 7:00am -5:00pm, no weekends or holidays. No on-call requirement. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to: Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team. Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills. Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management.
