100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 7:00am -5:00pm, no weekends or holidays. No on-call requirement. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to:



  • Motivate and lead nursing staff while working in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
  • Mentor others to grow professionally and advance their knowledge and skills.
  • Direct and lead nursing staff to ensure optimum patient care, efficient operations, quality service and sound financial management.

Qualifications

  • ADN Required
  • Baccalaureate degree or advanced degree in nursing Preferred
  • 6 months of RN experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

  • Clinics - Endoscopy- Basic Life Support/CPR Required
