We are seeking a dedicated and technically proficient Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is specifically for the overnight shift, Monday through Friday, and is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently during off-hours. In this role, you will provide on-site technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a key role in maintaining high service standards and contributing to a seamless technology experience for our customers. Responsibilities * Deliver on-site technical support and troubleshooting during overnight hours * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems * Collaborate with the service desk and escalate complex issues as needed * Perform system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance * Document service activities, resolutions, and customer interactions * Provide user training on hardware, software, and network tools Qualifications * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Field Service Technician or similar IT support role * Strong understanding of hardware, software, and networking systems * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently overnight * Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
