About the Role:
Acts as the voice of the business on a Product Team. Accountable for defining the product strategy and roadmap and deliver it by coordinating a cross functional team. Ultimately responsible for the success of the product.

Work Mode
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your Responsibilities Include:



  • Leads cross-functional team to define business model and develop product capabilities.
  • Drives alignment with marketing, engineering, IT, customer service, compliance & sales.
  • Defines internal organization to build out and scale digital platform in conjunction with cross-functional partners.
  • Creates product development work plan and schedule to build product.
  • Owns end-to-end consumer experience on the new digital product.
  • Creates commercialization strategy and plan in partnership with sales.
  • Works closely with a cross functional team to refine features to ensure global product market fit and growth through on-going testing and analytics.
  • Responsible for the Product Launch.
  • Ensures integrations with existing systems are maintained.
  • Owns long-term product roadmap.
  • Identifies key roadmap contingencies including business operations and partner requirements.



Required Qualifications:




  • Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field, or 3 years equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in digital product management, product design, or product engineering
  • Demonstrated experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe
  • Track record of delivering software products through cross-functional teams, from discovery through launch
  • Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and prioritizing development work
  • Experience leading product discovery and defining product strategy
  • Experience planning and coordinating software releases, including performance improvements and user experience updates
  • Familiarity with software compliance processes, including SOC2 Type 2 audits
  • Proficiency using product analytics tools to define and track success metrics
  • Experience collaborating with designers and engineers to evaluate solution options



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Advanced degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience in medical imaging or familiarity with DICOM standards
  • Experience conducting build vs. buy assessments for technology solutions
  • Experience with service design or workflow design beyond core product management practices
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Ability to coach non-technical stakeholders in product processes and agile practices
  • Strong analytical mindset with a curiosity for uncovering user insights
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, think creatively, and propose innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Previous or current experience working in the Boston Scientific ecosystem

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
