Pay & Schedule

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Your Daily Mission



  • Set a positive tone and ensure team adherence to company policies and safety guidelines
  • Lead and support Group Leaders in meeting daily production schedules and goals
  • Identify and resolve delays, quality issues, and safety concerns through countermeasures
  • Encourage Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives and team involvement
  • Ensure all work instructions and SOPs are up to date and followed
  • Maintain clear communication across shifts and departments for smooth transitions
  • Guide new hire training programs and support HR in onboarding and development
  • Provide leadership support for 50+ associates and facilitate strong team performance
  • Monitor departmental productivity, quality compliance, and manpower planning
  • Regularly walk the production floor to engage with staff and assess operations
  • Support QMS compliance and collaborate with other departments on process improvements
  • Participate in regular meetings and respond to management requests as needed

What You Bring to the Table



  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or related certifications preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of efficiency metrics, kanban, traceability, and production processes
  • Solid communication skills-both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Proven leadership, motivation, and training experience across diverse teams
  • Ability to oversee production, maintain standards, and inspire consistent improvement
