Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for driving excellence in manufacturing operations? Staffmark is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Operations Manager on behalf of our client, a leading innovator in the plastics and injection molding industry. This is a dynamic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and lead strategic operations that ensure top-notch quality, safety, and productivity.

Salary $100,000 - $120,000/yr.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday (TBD)

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and optimize all manufacturing processes within the plastics and injection molding division.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of production staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to minimize waste and streamline operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and drive enhancements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to manage resin and material inventories and align production forecasting.
  • Implement and maintain ERP systems to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.




Qualifications:



  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance Lead or management role in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within plastics or injection molding.
  • Proven knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and resin management.
  • Strong experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
