Are you a detail-driven leader ready to champion excellence in quality assurance? Staffmark is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager on behalf of our client-a growing leader in high-volume plastics manufacturing. This is an exceptional opportunity to take ownership of quality systems, lead a dedicated team, and drive impactful process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Salary $100,000 - $120,000/yr.

Schedule: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday (TBD)

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and systems aligned with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485.
  • Oversee daily quality control operations, leading inspection, testing, and validation for all stages of production.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, enhance efficiency, and improve overall product quality.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implement robust corrective/preventive actions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, supply chain, and customer service to resolve quality issues and embed best practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, metrics, and reporting through regular Management Reviews.
  • Train and develop employees in quality standards and best practices.
  • Interface with suppliers, customers, and auditors to ensure product compliance and address concerns.




Requirements:



  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years in Quality Assurance Lead or management role in a production or manufacturing setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, including audit experience.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools (Minitab, Excel, MATLAB, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of GD&T.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
