Office Locations: Milwaukee We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Milwaukee office. During the initial 90-day probationary period, this position will require full on-site presence. After this period, a hybrid schedule will be implemented, subject to discussion and approval by the supervisor. Responsibilities: Support attorneys in connection with all aspects of case management Transcribe dictation, type, proofread and finalize legal documents Document production E-filing in state, federal and appellate courts Maintain electronic files or legal documents Reports Maintain and enter time charges into the billing system Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and conferences Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years of litigation law experience preferred, but not required Exceptional technical skills required including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Professional Ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and client service skills Must be detailed oriented, excellent grammar and spelling skills The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential We are not accepting any additional external recruiting partnerships at this time for this position.
