Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
*Review and approve Accounts Payable (AP) invoices in Oracle Fusion workflow
*Generate payment runs including checks, wires transfers, and ACH payments
*Vendor statement reviews
*Handle AP customer service inquiries from CBIZ business units
*Follow up on aging invoices and outstanding checks
*Assist with projects including vendor ACH payment information, audit requests, and other projects as assigned
*Participate in quarterly Oracle Fusion upgrade testing
*Recommend improvements to processes and to gain efficiencies within the AP Team
*Research variances or errors in work product, escalating to management if significant
*Review employee expense reports in Concur to ensure they follow the CBIZ T&E Policy
*Assist with management of the CBIZ corporate credit card program administration (card issuance, payment issues, delinquencies handling/resolutions, reporting, program maintenance, escalations and approvals),
*Triage travel and expense helpdesk questions through troubleshooting, research, timely resolution/escalations.
*Assist in updating desk instructions, training materials
*Participate in acquisition onboarding including corporate credit card and expense reporting procedures and policies

Minimum Qualifications:
* High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an
organization, both internally and externally
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
