The Business Sales Manager leads a professional team of sales and application experts to successfully represent the Company and grow the business within a defined region. The Business Sales Manager hires, develops, coaches, and supports sales and application professionals to achieve maximum sales penetration through direct & indirect sales channels. The Business Sales Manager develops, guides, and manages distributors (where applicable) within the defined region to present ZEISS's products and solutions in a professional manner and to achieve set goals. The salary offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
