*Description*
They will be making calls for 7.5 to 8 hours a day. Both inbound and outbound to obtain records. They will call everywhere: Medical Facilities, Corporations, Medical clinics, Hospitals, places of employment. They are calling everyone looking for records of all types: Medical records, billing records, employment records, workers comp records, Xrays, payroll records, lab reports. Basically they are find the documents that their clients need. All of the orders/requests have been done in the proper way, so all of their information is just simply based around follow up. There needs to be consistent outreach, and critical thinking. If they have already called somewhere multiple times, is there another number they can look up or find? How can they look to get it done? The most ideal background to find is Medical background, specifically medical call center. Call centers are good before they have the flow of calls and understand that. They will be headset on and in cubicles in work. *Skills* Customer support, Customer service, Electronic health record, Medical record, Electronic medical record, Excel, Microsoft office, document processing *Top Skills Details* Customer support,Customer service,Electronic health record,Medical record,Electronic medical record *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Excel- A lot of the files will be putting in Excel Customer Service- They would like to see some sort of background in Customer Service, so when they are calling patients they have good manner Attention to Detail- Verify if details are missing and what they must correct 2+ years experience in this sort of info *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
