Summary: In this role, you will support the Vizient Spend Management Physician Preference Item team in achieving its goals to improve operating margin and scale the business to drive revenue growth. You will design and maintain key planning, operational, and continuous improvement processes both within the Physician Preference Item team and in collaboration with other functions and business units across Vizient. Additionally, you will manage and execute strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional leaders and teams. This position is a key member of the Physician Preference Item Leadership Team and reports directly to the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Clinical & Physician Preference Items. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $135,200.00 to $236,600.00.This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
