This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in donor databases and digital fundraising tools, particularly Raiser's Edge/NXT and Classy, and who thrives in a mission-driven environment. Flexible Schedule: 20hrs per week (Hybrid) We want to talk to you if you possess Minimum 3 years of experience managing nonprofit fundraising databases, especially Raiser's Edge/NXT Proficiency in Classy, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel expertise strongly preferred) Experience with online giving platforms, CRM systems, and data integration tools Experience with donor segmentation, LYBUNT/SYBUNT reporting, and campaign analysis, preferred Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), preferred What You Will Be Doing Maintain and manage donor records in Raiser's Edge/NXT with accuracy and confidentiality Process donations, generate acknowledgment letters, and manage data imports/exports Support campaign tracking and segmentation, including queries, reports, and mailing lists Collaborate with fundraising staff to ensure data-driven decision-making and campaign planning Coordinate online giving data from Classy and other platforms, integrating it into the primary database Produce donor and gift reports, dashboards, and analytics to support development goals Ensure data integrity and clean-up, including routine audits and duplicate management Provide technical support for database users and staff training as needed Stay current on database updates, best practices, and emerging tools in nonprofit fundraising What's in it for you?
