Staffmark is actively seeking an experienced Accounting Receptionist in Irvine, CA. Schedule: 1st shift

Pay: $25/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Handle daily administrative and accounting tasks including matching bills to POs, processing payments, managing mail, printing packing slips, filing, and making collection calls.
  • Maintain and update records such as the Blue Book, send daily payment emails, and manage system backup tapes.
  • Responsible for receiving and sorting shipments and performing light office duties like operating window blinds.
  • Weekly tasks include auditing shipping bills, matching checks to bills, mailing payments, and conducting credit card audits.
  • Bi-weekly responsibilities involve preparing AP vs. AR reports and generating CRM deposit reports.




Qualified candidates will have two years of accounting experience.
