Description


  • Order materials, supplies, and ingredients based on demand.


  • Supervise kitchen employees and organize food orders.


  • Oversee the food preparation and cooking process.


  • Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory assessments.


  • Schedule work shifts for employees.

  • Balance needs of cooks
  • Assume responsibility for all communication between service staff and kitchen and vice versa
  • Perform varied duties to ensure proper back of house operation according to standing operating procedure
