Job Description

The Client Platforms team is the foundation on which the future of Visa is being built. Containing Visa Developer (VDP), client onboarding platforms, Visa Partner and the Visa billing platform - this team handles crucial and needed global commerce platforms infrastructure and requirements. Started in 2016 with a handful of products and clients, VDP has exploded in growth passing 10 billion monthly API calls and thousands of clients. VDP is the face of Visa's digital strategy and is comprised of a developer portal, API gateway, and service components. Visa Partner helps thousands of clients begin their partnership with Visa, while enabling critical partner programs such as tap to anywhere and money movement. Client onboarding and billing are the backbone of how clients work with Visa, and this role helps make Visa the easiest place for clients to go to move money.

Thousands of clients and partners visit these destinations, including major bluechip partners such as Wells Fargo, Netflix, and Google as well as new up and coming FinTech innovators such as Revolut, Square and Chime.

This role sits on the enterprise admin experience team within Client Platforms who are committed to driving operational excellence across these platforms by automating manual administrative processes, eliminating redundancies, strengthening internal controls, and accelerating clients' time to market.

Job Description/Essential Functions

As a member of the enterprise admin experience team, the Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing projects designed to streamline the enterprise admin experience across client platforms including Visa Developer, Visa Partner, Onboarding and work with Visa Access. The ideal candidate will continuously evaluate the entire admin ecosystem to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, streamlining, cost savings, and integration.

The Product Analyst will own the admin experience and integration requirements for internal tools such as Enterprise Workbench, API Connect, and the Product Information Management System, tools that ensure seamless client onboarding and enhanced admin capabilities. The Product Analyst will further enhance admin capabilities by eliminating manual and duplicative processes, platform integration for a streamlined experience, and automated product configuration throughout the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our technology team to define business requirements, manage a backlog of work, and translate product needs to our development team.
  • Partner with our technology team to develop admin architecture requirements for the projects at hand.
  • Develop detailed requirements for improving the client and admin onboarding experience in collaboration with Product, Technology and Design.
  • Partner with the Client Experience team to ensure a seamless client and admin experience.
  • Work closely with Client Services and their regional teams to further identify processes that will enable self-service functionality and capabilities across our external and internal tools and processes.
  • Work closely with Product teams to promote changes to the admin experience to promote faster time to market for their goods and services
  • Conduct continual research to understand voice of the customer and glean client insights
  • Oversee the product admin experience to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Own key projects like automation of tools, platform consolidation, and digital onboarding process automation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to seamlessly integrate the enterprise workbench platform (including client profile and relationship management) with the Visa Client Express platform, enhancing the overall admin experience.
  • Design and lead large system integrations and data migrations with partnering with system architects and development teams.
  • Bring product teams onto the newly developed admin experiences working collaboratively with positivity, influence and partnership

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • At least 2+ years of successful post-college experience in product or program management, with a focus on driving product strategy and developing product requirements documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-first approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment and proficiency with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and collaboration tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with certificate management platforms and integration strategies.
  • Ability to make quick decisions, learn from outcomes, and apply structured and critical thinking to ambiguous problems.
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders, demonstrating success in collaboration.
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to excel in both structured and unstructured environments, effectively managing time within a complex and often ambiguous context.
  • Demonstrated capability to leverage Visa's existing product capabilities to develop new features and functionalities.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600.00 to 166,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
