Containing Visa Developer (VDP), client onboarding platforms, Visa Partner and the Visa billing platform - this team handles crucial and needed global commerce platforms infrastructure and requirements. Started in 2016 with a handful of products and clients, VDP has exploded in growth passing 10 billion monthly API calls and thousands of clients. VDP is the face of Visa's digital strategy and is comprised of a developer portal, API gateway, and service components. Visa Partner helps thousands of clients begin their partnership with Visa, while enabling critical partner programs such as tap to anywhere and money movement. Client onboarding and billing are the backbone of how clients work with Visa, and this role helps make Visa the easiest place for clients to go to move money. Thousands of clients and partners visit these destinations, including major bluechip partners such as Wells Fargo, Netflix, and Google as well as new up and coming FinTech innovators such as Revolut, Square and Chime. This role sits on the enterprise admin experience team within Client Platforms who are committed to driving operational excellence across these platforms by automating manual administrative processes, eliminating redundancies, strengthening internal controls, and accelerating clients' time to market. Job Description/Essential Functions As a member of the enterprise admin experience team, the Product Analyst will play a pivotal role in strategizing and executing projects designed to streamline the enterprise admin experience across client platforms including Visa Developer, Visa Partner, Onboarding and work with Visa Access. The ideal candidate will continuously evaluate the entire admin ecosystem to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, streamlining, cost savings, and integration. The Product Analyst will own the admin experience and integration requirements for internal tools such as Enterprise Workbench, API Connect, and the Product Information Management System, tools that ensure seamless client onboarding and enhanced admin capabilities. The Product Analyst will further enhance admin capabilities by eliminating manual and duplicative processes, platform integration for a streamlined experience, and automated product configuration throughout the ecosystem. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 117,600.00 to 166,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
