Description
In this ole youwill oversee all aspects of patient care rendered by registered dietitians in the ambulatory clinic setting. The role will support the advancement of patient care through strategic leadership in clinical nutrition. Be an expert in managing nutrition services for complex GI conditions-including but not limited to IBD, celiac disease, and malabsorption syndromes, and more-while aligning clinical nutrition programs with broader health system initiatives and interdisciplinary care models. Adept at driving quality improvement, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering collaboration across clinical, operational, and administrative teams. The role is expected to achieve organizational objectives through the coordinated achievements of subordinate staff, manages the accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and often physical resources in compliance with departmental and organizational goals and objectives set forth by the Clinical Programs Manager and Service Line Director. Ensures subordinate supervisors and professionals adhere to defined internal controls. Manages systems and procedures to protect departmental assets.
