Position Summary: The Sr. Director, Strategy and Performance Excellence will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization. This position is responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring alignment between the company's strategic goals and operational activities. Key Performance Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to oversee the successful execution of the strategic business initiatives. * Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure organizational performance and progress toward strategic goals. Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Lead performance review processes and facilitate discussions on performance outcomes with senior leadership. * Prepare comprehensive reports for the board of directors, presenting key performance indicators, strategic initiatives, and operational updates. * Facilitate governance processes for executive meetings, ensuring effective agenda management, documentation, and follow-up on action items. * Collaborate with leadership to establish clear, measurable goals and objectives for the organization, driving accountability and performance. * Lead process improvement initiatives utilizing Six Sigma or Lean methodologies, leveraging analytics and dashboards to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies. * Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. * Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications What You'll Bring: Master of Business Administration (MBA): Your advanced degree will equip you with the knowledge and skills to lead our strategic initiatives effectively. Experience: Bring a minimum of five (5) years of experience in strategy development, performance management, and operational excellence. We prefer candidates with a leadership background in multi-site, national scale businesses. Proven Track Record: Showcase your success in leading strategic initiatives and driving organizational performance improvements. Your achievements will inspire our team and elevate our mission! Process Improvement Certification: If you hold a certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies, you'll be a perfect fit for our culture of continuous improvement.
