Shift:1st/7:00:00 AM to 3:30:00 PM/ 3rd/11:00pM to 7:30AM

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$21.54 - $26.93 / hour

• Shift differential for the entire shift is $2 per hour for night shift (zone 3)

Responds to requests for general maintenance service and trouble calls. May work individually to investigate the nature of the request or problem and utilize ability as multi-skilled employee to repair or resolve situation. Demonstrates competency as a building maintenance mechanic providing repair services as assigned.

Must have a Valid Florida Drivers License or within 30 days of hire.

Fork lift operator certification and EPA 608 Type III Certification required within 90 days of hire.
