Job Duties: Associate, Debt Capital Markets with Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC in New York, New York. Take an active role in the full cycle of deal execution, including market research, negotiation processes, internal Investment Committee approvals, and Due Diligence/Know Your Customer (DD/KYC) compliance. Build financial models and analyze data/debt structures to determine impact across multiple levels of the business and advise stakeholders on best potential options. Act as a relationship manager for lenders and rating agencies and act as a point of contact between institutional clients, external counsels, and internal stakeholders (eg, operation, middle office, legal, investment teams, compliance, etc). Participate fully with internal projects focused on developing analytical tools, onboarding new team members, conducting training sessions, and implementing process improvements. Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and presentations for fundraising efforts, highlighting the debt structure and funds' strategies. Coordinate or assist with the refinancing of existing facilities to optimize capital structures, enhance returns, and explore alternative financing solutions. Draft and review term sheets, credit agreements, and other transaction documentation to ensure alignment with the fund, client and firm objectives as well as adherence to market standards.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Law, Mathematics, or a related field and three (3) year of experience in job offered or a related role. Prior work experience must include three (3) years of experience with each of the following: assisting in leading the origination, negotiation, and execution of debt facilities, specifically in capital call, secondaries/direct nav, securitizations, and USPP market; alternative investments including Private Equity, Real Estate, Fixed income, Private Credit, and Infrastructure; financial modeling related to sensitivity analysis, debt cost forecasting, flow of funds, portfolio/pipeline management, and market comparisons; creating Microsoft Power Point presentations targeted to external stakeholders and internal senior employees; working with Investment funds' structure, asset management, liquidity management and investment strategies; working with operational activity and mechanics of financial institutions; relationship management with lenders and institutional counter parties; and legal documentation, due diligence, and compliance related to the servicing and execution of multiple types of agreements.

Salary Range: Annual base salary for this New York, New York-based position is $170,000/Year- $182,000/Year.
